About the Role
Step into a hands-on Enrolled Nurse role where you’ll support the Registered Nurse to deliver safe, person-centred care. You’ll build strong team connections, maintain quality standards, and help create a positive experience for patients every day. The Outpatient Departments at both RAH and TQEH offer a broad range of duties amongst nearly all clinical specialties, our nursing staff support procedural and consult outpatient appointments and work across a multi-disciplinary team for best patient outcomes.

Duties

• Support delivery of person-centred care under Registered Nurse direction
• Monitor patient status and report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Build strong relationships across the care team
• Liaise with external organisations and service partners
• Uphold safety, quality and regulatory standards
• Some of the clinical areas require specialist skillset for diagnostic care

About You
You’re a caring, reliable Enrolled Nurse ready to deliver safe, person-centred care and work closely with a supportive team.

• Enrolled Nurse registration with NMBA or eligible
• Approved qualification to administer medicines
• Deliver care aligned to standards and scope
• Communicate clearly with patients and team
• Prioritise tasks and escalate clinical changes
