About the role

Join SA Pathology as a Procurement and Contracts Support Officer and play a key role in supporting essential laboratory services. In this role, you coordinate contract renewals for equipment, consumables and services, helping ensure continuity of operations and compliance with procurement requirements.

Working to cover multiple financial years, you will manage procurement processes, provide advice and support to stakeholders and contribute to efficient service delivery. You may also guide staff and apply your expertise across a range of technologies, helping maintain high standards in procurement and contract management.

About You

You are detail focused, analytical and confident working with complex procurement and contract processes. You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities and deliver high quality outcomes in a fast paced environment.

  • Experience in procurement, contracts and tender processes
  • Strong written communication for technical and financial matters
  • Ability to analyse complex information and solve problems
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
