Administration & Customer Service Officer

The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic part time Administration Officer to join our team at Crestmead.  This team value teamwork, commitment and are looking for the right candidate with the same values who can not only support but also drive the team to accomplish their goals and KPI’s in current busy times.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Raising, processing and reconciling customer invoices
  • Maintain our CRM Database of customer information, receiving and filling in council forms etc
  • Preparing and processing driver run sheets and driver dockets
  • Liaising with operations and customer service teams

 

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service role or office environment
  • Working knowledge of JDE system or similar and Salesforce
  • Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • An eye for detail with prior data entry experience
  • The ability to work autonomously within a dynamic fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
