The Opportunity

We have an excellent opportunity for a Fixed Asset Systems Support Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Fixed Plant Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring data integrity of the Fixed Plant ERP system along with the administration of the Fixed Asset database. This role will be critical in leading the ongoing continuous improvement of Fixed Plant Maintenance Management at Cleanaway. Responsibilities will include:

• Conformance against Fixed Plant maintenance standards, key data criteria necessary to maintain fixed plant equipment integrity and legislative requirements for fixed plant assets (e.g. asset registrations / certificates of compliance etc)
• Maintain database systems, standard documentation and processes to capture and record fixed plant master data and maintenance profiles aligned with Fixed Plant SOP’s or OEM guidelines
• Provide support and leadership to the Fixed Plant community re ERP (JDE) system and data capture, establishment of maintenance schedules, ad hoc reporting, and other processes as required by business needs
• Responsible for the ongoing continuous improvement & enhancements in conjunction with the business, including system documentation, testing support & Cleanaway IT as needed
• Contribute to initiatives and projects in support of organisational and Fixed Plant objectives
• Manage with Fixed Assets team asset register updates and changes

About You

• Use of Oracle JDE or similar ERP system
• Previous exposure to fixed plant / industrial equipment maintenance planning
• Synthesis, interpretation and standardisation of field equipment data
• Customer service support including communication and liaison with range of stakeholders (including visits to operating sites)
• Proven experience working within a systems maintenance support team or workshop environment
• Track record of effective coordination and control of planned maintenance tasks and schedules
• Development and implementation of effective maintenance plans for fixed plant and equipment
• Operating knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Strong human and organisational performance safety culture values
