The Opportunity
Based at our Ballarat depot, we are seeking experienced Truck Drivers / Heavy Vehicle Drivers for casual work performing essential services throughout the region.
As a Rear Lift Operator you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for rear lift collection vehicle
- Daily prestart and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment
- Delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities.
- Complying with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training
- Maintaining a professional image of the company and delivering high quality customer service at all times
About You
- HR Licence or above and a clean driving record
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as pushing and pulling of bins
- A strong commitment to safety, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Waste industry experience is not essential.
- Willing to undergo a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
