Operations Manager

Within our Industrial and Waste Services Division we provide total waste management business solutions to our clients including industrial cleaning services such as non-destructive digging, concrete demolition, high pressure water blasting, vacuum loading, shutdown services, pipe, drain and tank cleaning, emergency spills response and CCTV.

Join Our Industrial Waste Services (IWS) Team as an Operations Manager

With a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, we're looking for an Operations Manager who shares our values and is ready to make a difference.

 What you’ll do:

  • Make safety your number one priority and ensure everyone's working in a safe environment.
  • Work with our team of supervisors to achieve operational excellence across the operations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage operational budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and optimising resource allocation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.

 Skills and experience required:

  • Experience and passion in driving a strong safety message
  • Experience managing the P&L and driving quality of earnings
  • Proven experience leading operational teams
  • Waste Management or similar industry experience and/or exposure to Industrial waste
  • Computer skills - proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Teamwork – work across multiple departments and build relationships
  • Ability to resolve problems effectively and effectively
