The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager to join our high performing team in East Gippsland covering both Tarragon and Bairnsdale. Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, based in Regional Victoria, this role is the perfect mix of account management and finding new business.  You’ll also benefit from quarterly coaching days with your supportive manager, who is dedicated to setting you up for success from day one.

• Develop strategic relationships with customers and key industry stakeholders
• Provide solutions for customers with a strong environmental focus
• Keep abreast of competitor activity and maintain up to date data base of relevant information
• Provide excellent customer service by going the extra mile
• Ensure all reporting is submitted as required

About You

• Sound experience in the field and managing large accounts, or a passion to learn these skills
• Ability to analyse market trends to identify business opportunities
• Excellent negotiation skills and strong customer service ethics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An interest in the environment and finding environmental solutions for customers
• Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
