The Opportunity

Based in Newman, WA, the purpose of the Administration & Customer Service Officer is to contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives via the provision of high-quality support in the functions of administrative duties and dealing professionally with customers. The role has an operational component, dealing with our fleet of drivers to ensure smooth and safe operations.

  • Deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and site.
  • Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Reconcile, report and audit asset management as required.
  • Maintain accurate data records in Excel and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies.

About You

  • Intermediate skills with the MS Office Suite of products.
  • Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outgoing, resilient, personality with a willingness to work in a small office environment.
