Customer Master Data Administrator

The Opportunity

Based in Malaga, WA, the purpose of the Customer Master Data Administrator is to be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the customer master data inside Visual Rams Pro (VRP), Salesforce & JDE software contributing to the achievement of business goals and objectives via the provision of high-quality support during the onboarding of the customer, as well as ensuring any changes to master data are performed in a tightly controlled manner.

  • Ensure Salesforce, VRP & JDE databases integrity by effectively managing quality control.
  • Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies and finance timelines.
  • Support administration managers and supervisors to drive change through the business with the use of technology solutions and training.
  • Ensure the customer master data reflects accurately the customer's needs and requirements.
  • Develop positive working relationships with other support functions to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Set up and activate new customer accounts with a high level of detail and accuracy.
  • Assist in the training of customer service and sales teams to ensure understanding and compliance to master data templates.
  • Assisting with invoice queries and raising respective invoice adjustments, eg credits and debits

About you:

  • Previous experience involving master data management in an ERP environment.
  • Proven ability to maintain and enhance positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Salesforce (preferred)/Customer Relationship Management experience or knowledge.
  • Intermediate skills with the MS Office suite of products, particularly Excel.
  • Sound knowledge of VRP &/or JDE is desirable.
  • Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
