The Opportunity

Based in Launceston Tas, the Operation Administrator will assist the Operation Supervisor in our operations team, providing support to drivers and promoting safety and well-being. 

• Distributing drivers, managing run sheets and work orders
• Act as the primary contact for truck breakdowns, swiftly resolving issues to minimise downtime
• Monitoring daily schedules ensuring work has been completed
• Demonstrate agility in handling unexpected challenges, making on-the-spot decisions to keep operations running smoothly

About You

• HR Licence will be advantageous 
• Early morning start time and be available 7 days a week
• Knowledge around basic fatigue management
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills
• Strong commitment to safety and a willingness to work as part of a team
