The Opportunity 

Based at our Kemps Creek branch, we are looking for women interested in becoming a Front End Loader operator, who will join the team in a full time, permanent capacity.

• Operate the front end loader and material handler as required
• Take ownership of plant machinery (e.g., pre- and post-start checks)
• Control the placement of waste and recyclables being deposited by customers so to maximise resource recovery
• Meet targets for recycling and diversion of waste from landfill
• Maintain all buildings, grounds, roadways and landscaping in a clean and tidy condition at all times
• Undertake general labouring and administrative duties as directed

About You 

• Has or willing to obtain Loader Operator Licence
• Comfortable working in a physical, hands-on environment
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Committed to maintaining a high standard of safety
• Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
