The Opportunity
Based at our Tullamarine VIC depot the Operations Supervisor will assist the Operation Manager in leading our operations team, focusing on driving client and customer satisfaction, promoting safety and well-being, and delivering financial and business growth. This role will be a full time afternoon shift working Wednesday to Saturday from 12pm - 10pm daily.
- Provide frontline operational and safety leadership to a team of operators
- Manage and motivate operational staff to achieve performance targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery
- Manage and prepare detailed reports on all operational activities
- Live scheduling and rostering of operators and maintaining equipment machinery requirements
About You
- Experience in logistics, operations, or waste management (preferred but not essential).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams.
- A passion for safety and sustainability.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of computer literacy
