The Opportunity
Based at our Welland branch, we are seeking experienced HR Truck Drivers for temp to perm work performing essential services throughout the region.
We currently have vacancies for a Roll on Roll Off drivers but for the right candidate they will be crossed trained into skip bins.
As a HR Driver you will be responsible for:
- Performing loading and unloading duties of waste
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicle and/or equipment as and when required
- Maintain a professional image of the company and deliver high quality customer service at all times
- Comply with the systems and standards set when dealing with internal and external customers
- Complying with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training
About You
To be successful in the role, you will have the following:
- An unrestricted HR Licence with at least 2 yrs experience
- Experience driving manual would be highly regarded
- Physically fit and comfortable pushing and pulling heavy bins
- Good attitude, reliable and willing to learn
- Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
Waste industry experience is not essential.
