The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Pricing & Revenue Management, you will lead the organisation’s pricing strategy to maximise profitability, competitiveness, and customer value as part of the Commercial Leadership team. You will drive the next phase of our pricing transformation, embedding Salesforce CPQ, our Pricing Engine, and next-generation tools that harness advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI.

Take charge of one of the most influential B2B pricing leadership roles in the market—this national position commands visibility across business units and is built for a commercially driven professional with deep expertise in pricing, contract management, and deal desk leadership. You’ll harness technology to accelerate sales velocity and unlock revenue growth, with a platform to maximise margin, outpace competitors, and deliver high-impact commercial results—positioning yourself for executive leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on pricing strategies and deal structuring to drive sustainable earnings growth.
- Lead the adoption of Salesforce CPQ and the pricing engine as the standard for pricing and tenders. Deliver and embed commercial change initiatives, ensuring business readiness and successful adoption across sales and commercial teams.
- Establish, coach, and develop best-in-class processes and workflows across business units to improve speed, transparency, and accuracy in pricing and commercial activities. Build a high-performance culture by securing cross-functional buy-in and coaching teams to adopt new ways of working.
- Oversee price adjustments, approvals, and governance to ensure margin, risk, and customer value targets are consistently achieved.
- Partner with sales, finance, and legal teams to establish and manage a best-practice deal desk function, including commercial modelling, approvals, and contract negotiations. Evaluate and manage commercial terms across complex customer and supplier agreements, ensuring alignment with risk, compliance, and business objectives.
About You
You’re a commercially focused leader who thrives on solving complex pricing challenges and turning data-driven insights into actionable strategies. You bring a unique mix of strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, program delivery and technical pricing expertise. Previous experience will include:
- Proven track record in senior commercial leadership roles, with expertise in contracting, pricing, and deal management.
- Strong commercial and contract management skills in a B2B environment, including reviewing contracts, structuring deals, and managing risk.
- Deep understanding of commercial risk and governance frameworks.
- Experience leading large-scale commercial or pricing transformation programs, with solid knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Skilled at operating in dynamic, evolving environments, with the ability to lead and embed change across a matrix organisation.
- Excellent stakeholder and change management skills, with proven ability to influence and coach at all levels, including executives.
Valuable extras
