Customer Experience Officer

The Opportunity

Based in Malaga, WA, on a 12-month fixed-term contract, initially, the purpose of the Customer Experience Officer is to be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the customer data inside Salesforce, contributing to the achievement of business goals and objectives via the provision of high-quality support during the onboarding of the customer, as well as ensuring any changes to customer data are performed in a tightly controlled manner.

  • Deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites by effectively managing Salesforce cases in a timely manner.
  • Manage and respond to customer enquiries and requests via Salesforce cases and email in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • Ensure a high standard of service delivery for allocated contracts and sites, meeting agreed timelines and quality expectations.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to ensure seamless resolution of customer needs.
  • Proactively manage, investigate, and resolve customer issues and complaints through Salesforce, ensuring satisfactory outcomes are achieved.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring end-to-end processes are consistently followed in compliance with company policies and standards.

 About You

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience involving data management in an ERP environment and have a proven ability to maintain and enhance positive stakeholder relationships.

  • Salesforce (preferred)/CRM experience or knowledge.
  • Intermediate skills with the MS Office suite of products.
  • Sound knowledge of Visual Rams Pro &/or JDE is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
