The Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administration Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate data management and the seamless execution of end-to-end administrative and financial processes. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders and support functions to guarantee smooth handovers, compliance with company policies, and adherence to finance timelines.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow and strengthen your accounting expertise. As a valued member of our Corporate Finance team, you’ll play a key role in supporting financial processes across multiple business units. Your contributions will help drive accuracy, efficiency, and insight within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and associated systems
  • Experience working within financial and departmental budgets
  • Knowledge of accounting packages (such as JDE E1) and system based account reconciliations
  • Proficient excel skills and data visualizations (i.e. advance formulas, using tables & pivot tables, etc.)
  • Highly developed organisational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improving technical capability
