Make a real commercial impact across one of Cleanaway’s largest regional portfolios, supporting branch managers, regional managers, councils, mining and defence customers across Central Queensland (from Cairns to the Fraser Coast, and inland to Moranbah).

As a Commercial Business Partner, you’ll provide data‑driven insight that directly influences revenue, pricing, cost control and profitability across the SBU. You’ll work closely with the CFM and Regional Management to shape commercial decisions that support our growth, service delivery, and long‑term contract success.

Your work enables better pricing decisions, stronger regional performance and clearer financial visibility for leaders right across the business.

What you’ll do

• Provide accurate, timely month‑end insights and commercial analysis for regional leadership
• Partner with regional teams to build annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Improve price yield across the SBU through modelling, analysis and commercial recommendations
• Analyse volumes, rates, trends and cost drivers to support top‑line growth
• Deliver cost, margin, client profitability and lifecycle analysis to improve earnings quality
• Prepare pricing models and commercial documentation to support bids and contract management

What you’ll bring

• Experience partnering with leaders in a complex or multi‑site environment
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills
• Commercial environment, cost modeling and pricing. 
• Ability to simplify commercial information for operational teams
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Understanding of internal controls and financial governance
• CA or CPA qualification
• Working knowledge of business systems and process optimisation
