The Opportunity
Are you a relationship‑driven sales professional who thrives on solving complex customer challenges? Join Cleanaway’s Oils & Technical Services (OTS) team and help shape a more sustainable future for chemical and liquid waste management.
As our new Territory Manager, you will oversee and grow a diverse portfolio of customers across Sydney who require reliable solutions for hazardous and chemical waste removal. You’ll leverage Cleanaway’s capabilities to provide technical, compliant, and efficient waste‑management solutions—ensuring these dangerous waste streams are collected, transported, and disposed of safely and legally.
What You’ll Do
- Grow and nurture customer relationships across the Sydney Metro region
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and major re‑signs
- Champion sustainable waste‑management solutions to support business growth
- Drive proactive sales activity and guide customers through the sales cycle
- Collaborate across Cleanaway business units to deliver integrated solutions
- Report on financial and sales performance to influence business decisions

About You
You’re a confident communicator with a passion for customer success and technical problem-solving. You bring:
- Proven B2B technical sales experience and relationship-building strength
- Ability to read Safety Data Sheets and analyse accordingly.
- Background in technical sales, waste, or transport & logistics
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills
- CRM experience and intermediate MS Office skills
- Self-motivation, strong organisation, and professional presentation
