The Opportunity

This 6-month fixed-term Equipment Coordinator opportunity based in Erskine Park supports the movement, allocation, maintenance and lifecycle management of bins and equipment across Cleanaway's national Commercial & Industrial network.

 

You will help keep equipment available where customers need it, solving logistical challenges and coordinating multiple moving parts across states.

 

  • Coordinate equipment allocation, transfers and deliveries across the national network, ensuring bins are available where and when required
  • Solve complex logistics challenges involving transport routes, site access constraints, equipment availability and interstate movements
  • Monitor equipment maintenance and refurbishment activities, coordinating trades and repair providers to return assets to service
  • Create and manage purchase orders, process receipts and support equipment-related administration and asset transfers
  • Maintain accurate equipment records, inventory information and system updates across multiple locations
  • Work closely with operations, customer service teams, regional managers and transport providers to support customer requirements

 

About You

You enjoy solving operational problems, thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership of finding practical solutions. This opportunity will appeal to someone who understands equipment, transport or waste operations and enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders and priorities.

 

  • Experience within the waste industry, logistics, transport or a similar operational environment
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate assets, equipment, transport movements or operational activities
  • Experience processing purchase orders, receipting and supporting administrative workflows
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Safety-focused approach with the confidence to proactively identify and resolve operational issues
  • Experience managing bin fleets, equipment assets or refurbishment programs
