About Your New Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Territory Manager to take ownership of the North/West of Melbourne region. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by growing Cleanaway’s presence and delivering smart, sustainable waste solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

In this role, you’ll be out in the field building strong, lasting customer relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and introducing innovative, sustainability-focused services to both new and existing clients. You’ll be trusted to lead from the front and shape your territory as if it were your own.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Hitting the road to grow our customer base through face-to-face business development.
• Managing and nurturing relationships with both new prospects and existing clients.
• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and increase market share.
• Reporting on your pipeline, wins, and activity, keeping things accurate and up to date.
• Using Salesforce to track opportunities, manage leads, and keep your portfolio humming.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for driven, ambitious people who are eager to build a long-term career, not just find their next job. If you're tenacious, self-motivated, and thrive on achieving results, you'll fit right in. You’ll be a confident communicator with a natural talent for building relationships and creating opportunities. While waste industry experience isn't essential (we'll teach you everything you need to know), a passion for sales, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to succeed are a must. 

 

You’ll also bring:

• A proven track record in B2B sales, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule.
• A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Resilience, initiative, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and finding opportunities.
• A growth mindset, ambition to progress your career, and the determination to continually raise the bar for yourself and your results.
