This is a hands-on, site-based role that requires regular travel between four operational sites, where you'll maintain a strong field presence, foster trusted relationships, and provide practical safety advice and support to operational stakeholders.

  • Maintain a visible and proactive presence across all sites, engaging with leaders and frontline employees to influence positive safety behaviours.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant WHS legislation, policies, and standards.

About You

You are a practical, proactive, and influential safety professional who thrives in operational environments and enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships. You are confident working autonomously while partnering closely with leaders to achieve improved safety outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a Health & Safety Advisor, Safety Business Partner, Safety Specialist, or similar operational safety role.
  • Exposure to transport, logistics, waste, manufacturing, mining, construction, infrastructure, or other high-risk operational environments.
  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent qualification).
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and engage leaders and frontline teams to drive positive safety outcomes.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
