The Instructional Technology Support Manager oversee the help desk operations for the Technical Support Services team. Supervises staff and student workers. Serves as an escalation point for complex technical issues. Provides expert guidance to faculty and staff regarding course design and third-party tools to ensure optimal operability within the LMS. Provides tutorials and training opportunities for internal and external stakeholders. Evaluates data to identify areas of improvement.
Business Systems Analyst II - 525377

The Plumber Utility Mechanic I assists in the fabrication, installation, maintenance and repair of heating, plumbing, mechanical piping systems, structural steel, package boiler equipment and water treatment, kitchen equipment, auxiliary equipment, steam, water, gas systems and other building mechanical equipment; auxiliary equipment, steam, water, sewers both sanitary and storm, irrigation systems gas and air systems and other building mechanical equipment; above and underground steam, domestic water, HVAC (chilled and hot water), sanitary and storm distribution systems; firing, tending and maintaining pressure boilers to supply heat for buildings and domestic hot water. Drives from site to site.
