Export Control and Research Security Specialist II - 529907
The Export Control and Research Security Specialist II advises members of the UA community on export control issues such as international travel/shipments, deemed exports, and identification/handling of restricted persons. Reviews export control terms and conditions in sponsored program proposals, awards, procurement agreements, and ancillary agreements. Conducts periodic quality assurance reviews of export control and research security documents, processes, and procedures in concert with their direct supervisor.

The Materials Characterization Specialist performs advanced operation of assigned instruments. Conducts specialized training on assigned instruments. These instruments include electron microscopes, focused ion beam microscopes, X-ray diffractometers, and similarly related instruments and ancillary specimen preparation equipment.

The Alumni Scholarship and Stewardship Coordinator administers the National Alumni Association's (NAA) annual and endowed scholarship programs, overseeing the full scholarship lifecycle from fund administration and applicant review through award selection, distribution, stewardship, and reporting.
Director Mens Basketball Operations - 529928
The Director of Men’s Basketball Operations oversees all day-to-day operations of the men’s basketball program in compliance with all NCAA, SEC and institutional rules. Plans and executes all team travel, including flights, hotels, meals, and itineraries. Manages practice and game day logistics, including facility scheduling and setup. Serves as the primary liaison for men’s basketball with athletic department units.

The Graduate Student Services Program Manager provides student services to current graduate students in the college. Counsels students in their focus area and coursework. Monitors and manages the academic progress of the students. Manages other student learning opportunities such as experiential learning and professional development. May collaborate with the Corporate Relations team to establish and support relationships with MBA alumni.
Academic Advisor I - 529869
The Academic Advisor I provides guidance to University students on academic progress, courses, University resources, etc. Identifies courses to be completed in upcoming semesters. Explains University and College policies. May teach compass course as needed.

The Accountant II prepares, reconciles, and audits budgets. Prepares financial reports, invoices, schedules, and/or statements.
AA - Instructor - 529892
UA 211 is a skills-focused course designed for students in their second year at UA (or beyond) who did not complete the Legends requirement in their first year.
SafeState Environmental Accreditation Program Manager - 529896
The SafeState Environmental Accreditation Program Manager provides Environmental Management Systems (EMS) consultation through direct, on-site consultation to business directed toward the implementation of systemic environmental management systems promoting business sustainability as well as regulatory compliance. Cultivates revenue-generating relationships with individuals, business, industry, professional associations and any other organizations in need of environmental compliance or management assistance.
Book Design and Production Assistant - 529898
The Book Design and Production Assistant assists with the design of book covers and interiors. Assesses cover art quality and appropriateness.
Director Title IX - Deputy Title IX Coordinator - 529899
The Director of Title IX supervises the EOP Title IX Investigators related to student-accused reports of Prohibited Conduct as described in the Title IX and Sexual Misconduct Policy and assists the Title IX Coordinator in hearings related to that process.
