The Accounting Assistant III maintains accurate financial records. Provides accounting and bookkeeping support. Assists University staff in understanding industry standards, current laws, and university policy as it relates to the financial affairs of the University. Provides guidance, trains, and/or may supervise entry-level Accounting Assistants.

Police Officer I - GCRTF - Department Only - 530410
The Police Officer I - Gulf Coast Regional Task Force (GCRTF) performs law enforcement duties, under moderate supervision, at both the state and federal level by conducting fugitive investigations and providing warrant services as necessary. Conducts interviews and interrogations, processes crime scenes, collects and analyzes evidence, executes search warrants, and prepares detailed reports and court testimonies.
Assistant Director Undergraduate Scholarships - 530411
The Assistant Director of Undergraduate Scholarships provides oversight in the University's efforts to award qualified student scholarships and merit aid. Serves as a liaison to all internal and external stakeholders involved in awarding scholarship funds. Manages the scholarship application awarding decision process for undergraduate scholarships. Oversees all administrative actions related to undergraduate scholarship policies and guidelines.
Scholarship Advisor I - 530412
The Scholarship Advisor I provides a vast array of knowledge regarding scholarships under general supervision. Evaluates and explains the status of the scholarship application and next steps in the process and applies knowledge to those processes. Educates on the scholarship and financial cost savings process. Provides guidance in maximizing scholarship and aid opportunities for prospective students. Awards, monitors, and reports scholarships in the Alabama Scholarship Awarding Software (ASAS) and resolves low-complexity scholarship issues.
Research Assistant III - 530415
The Research Assistant III assists with research work tasks of higher-complexity in support of a research project under minimal supervision. May assist with ordering equipment and supplies, set up of equipment, performing experiments, monitoring results, data collection, preparation of support materials, etc. May supervise students and/or other support workers assigned to the research project.

The UA Online Program Manager oversees and manages a dynamic portfolio of online academic degree and certificate programs within the University of Alabama Online. Acts as the liaison between the academic college and The University of Alabama Online. Drives online program innovation. Manages processes for program development.

The Crisis and Consultation Specialist provides triage, screening, same-day consultation, and crisis intervention work to enrolled University students. Provides direct counseling services. Ensures compliance with the Counseling Center Policy and Procedure Manual.
Assistant Director Fraternity and Sorority Life - 530382
The Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life provides direct advising to Greek Council(s) and the respective chapters within the council(s). Meets regularly with council officers, chapter presidents, and other chapter officers as appropriate, as a strategy to help develop student leaders in a way that fulfills the vision and mission of the department. Advises council officers in the planning of major events. Oversees the development and implementation of Greek-specific health and wellbeing initiatives. Serves as a liaison between the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and health and wellbeing-related offices on campus.
