The Postdoctoral Associate will work under the mentorship of Dr. Gregory in the Department of Health Outcomes & Biomedical Informatics and will contribute to a diverse portfolio of funded, multidisciplinary research projects focused on improving health outcomes, healthcare delivery, patient-centered care, and mobile health. The position will support multiple studies spanning a variety of clinical and public health topics, such as patient engagement, clinical decision support, HIV care, and improving outcomes for older adult patients.
The Postdoctoral Associate will engage in multiple phases of the research process across projects, with responsibilities tailored to the goals and methodological approaches of each study. Activities may include study design and protocol development; literature reviews and evidence synthesis; qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis; development, evaluation, and validation of research measures; user-centered research and evaluation; interpretation and dissemination of findings; and preparation of manuscripts, abstracts, presentations, and reports.
The position will involve extensive collaboration with investigators, clinicians, data scientists, research staff, trainees, and other multidisciplinary partners across institutions and research domains. The Postdoctoral Associate will be expected to contribute meaningfully to the scientific development and execution of funded projects while developing a scholarly portfolio aligned with their expertise and career goals.
