Vice Chancellor, Pepperdine Graziadio Business School Malibu Campus
The Vice Chancellor for Development at Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School is responsible for building prospect and donor relationships, raising financial support, and increasing the donor base for the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS). This position focuses primarily on major and principal gift donors with a capacity to make gifts of $100K to $5M. The Vice Chancellor will also partner with the alumni engagement team at the business school to strengthen relationships with alumni that lead to generosity. The success of our mission to strengthen lives for purpose, service, and leadership depends largely on strong financial support from donors who enable us to provide the facilities, programs, faculty, and opportunities necessary to provide stellar, mission-driven programs for our students. This position also helps to build enduring alumni loyalty in keeping with the University's strategic plan.
Executive Director, Advancement Administration Malibu Campus
The Executive Director, Advancement Administration is responsible for leading the administrative and operational teams within Advancement, including the Center for the Arts, Donor Engagement, and University Events. This role ensures the timely and successful execution of strategic priorities while effectively representing the Office of the Vice President for Advancement and Pepperdine University. The Executive Director works closely with the Vice President for Advancement to communicate and implement strategies across the division. They independently drive key business outcomes, foster a culture aligned with the University's values, and implement best practices across various processes. Reporting directly to the Vice President for Advancement, this position plays a critical role in advancing the Vice President’s strategic vision and leadership.
Partnerships Specialist Malibu Campus
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Corporate Relations, the Partnerships Manager contributes to the operational effectiveness of the department in pursuit of non-tuition revenue sources to supplement traditional student tuition, Alumni giving, and Advancement revenue. The manager is responsible for relationship management and communication with both internal and external stakeholders in pursuit of university partnership & sponsorship revenue goals. The Partnerships Manager acts as a key liaison between the Pepperdine partner community and the university, ensuring effective representation and alignment with campus needs. This role will also be responsible for enhancing the engagement and impact of each partnership and supporting various departmental sponsorship programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing; sponsorship management is preferred.
Financial Aid Specialist Malibu Campus
The mission of the Financial Aid Specialist is to provide assistance with federal, institutional, private, state, and scholarship awarding and processing. To serve as an assistant to the Executive Director and the Senior Associate Director with special projects. Assist with the annual audit and coordination of third-party vendor processing and set-up. Serve as the liaison between partnering departments, admissions, student accounts, OneStop, and registrar.
Program Manager Malibu Campus
The Program Manager exists primarily to provide administrative, programmatic, and clerical support to the Director and Associate Director of Student Convocation in delivering the Chapel program at Pepperdine University. This includes planning and organizing the Core Chapels, overseeing the Connection Chapels, coordinating efforts with RISE and other campus partners, and providing spiritual leadership for the first and second year students. Coordinator of Outdoor Recreation Malibu Campus
Pepperdine Campus Recreation, within the Division of Student Affairs, seeks a dynamic team player to lead and manage all aspects of a comprehensive university outdoor recreation program. Reporting to the Director, the Coordinator for Outdoor Recreation will oversee daily operations, develop and lead outdoor trips, clinics, and classes—including backpacking, rock climbing, skiing, kayaking, camping, and hiking—while managing logistics, equipment, and trip preparation. Temporary Front Desk Agent, Villa Graziadio Malibu Campus
