The Office Manager supervises administrative support in the Counseling Center. They are also responsible for the coordination and timely delivery of administrative tasks that undergird a smooth delivery of services. The Office Manager provides direct assistance to the Counseling Center Director, and serves as a project supervisor for the Director's desk. The Office Manager works alongside the Counseling Center Administrative Assistant(s) to create a warm and welcoming environment at the Center. They offer excellent customer service and sustain a harmonious ambiance for all who enter. As a staff member in Student Affairs who works closely with students, this person serves as a Christian role model.
