Advisor, Recruitment and Advising Hybrid, West LA Campus, Calabasas Campus
The primary purpose of this position is to support the efforts and initiatives of the Graziadio Business School in prospecting, engaging, and enrolling qualified candidates into programs geared toward working professionals, which include the Part-Time MBA and the Bachelor of Science in Management degree completion program. Office Manager Malibu Campus
The Pepperdine University Counseling Center is a confidential space where students can receive support around a variety of mental health concerns ranging widely in focus and severity. The Office Manager supervises administrative support in the Counseling Center. They are also responsible for the coordination and timely delivery of administrative tasks that undergird a smooth delivery of services. The Office Manager provides direct assistance to the Counseling Center Director, and serves as a project supervisor for the Director's desk. The Office Manager works alongside the Counseling Center Administrative Assistant(s) to create a warm and welcoming environment at the Center. They offer excellent customer service and sustain a harmonious ambiance for all who enter. As a staff member in Student Affairs who works closely with students, this person serves as a Christian role model. Budget Manager, College of Health Science Hybrid, Calabasas Campus
In pursuit of excellence and to align with the University’s mission and strategic plan, this position will steward the development and management of the financial resources and budget for the College of Health Science (CHS). The manager will develop the budget for the college, its schools and programs, and engage in extensive financial analysis and reporting to enhance the CHS Dean and college leadership’s ability to make sound financial decisions ultimately affecting students. The Graphic Designer plays a vital role in leading the creative communications process for Pepperdine University and its five schools. As part of University Marketing and Communications at Pepperdine, this position is responsible for many of the University's high profile communications pieces and serves a key communication liaison for the team. Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Creative, the Graphic Designer will assist the assistant director and other IMC staff in designing major communications pieces that reach Pepperdine’s largest, external audiences. The Graphic Designer has the tools to create, integrate, analyze, synthesize and visualize vast amounts of information. Collaborates with production artists, photographers, illustrators, prepress technicians, printers, developers, and anyone else who is involved in the development of a project.

The basic purpose of the Advancement Gift Coordinator is to receive and process donations given to the university. University Advancement oversees the relationship between Pepperdine and its alumni, neighbors, and friends. This position strives to ensure that University administration is advised of gift donations as soon as possible, that gift information is accessible to all personnel through the imaging system, and that all donors are acknowledged in a timely manner. Errors in judgment and processing can cause poor public relations and complications with internal university communications.
