Role Summary
Reporting to Quality Assurance Manager, you will support the projects quality function as well as providing to support to
site-based personnel.
Primary Responsibilities
Safety:
o Show a personal commitment to the SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Cultural Framework, policies, Safety Essentials,
and Management Systems.
o Develop and maintain awareness of SHE hazards and associated risks; demonstrate a commitment to eliminating or
minimizing those risks.
o Understand and effectively fulfill SHE accountabilities.
Business Performance / Quality:
o Show personal commitment to the CPB Contractor’s Quality Principles and Management System requirements and
expectations.
o Collaborate closely with site-based teams and quality personnel, providing QA support.
o Support ongoing project work as required.
o Prepare relevant QA documentation, including formal correspondence and reporting.
o Aid in the continuous implementation of the project management system.
o Provide administrative support to the project team; ensure all hardcopy documents are uploaded to the document register
and all electronic versions are uploaded to the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
o Assist engineers in developing Construction Area Plan folders and Work Pack folders.
o Help engineers scan Quality documentation for uploading into the relevant construction lot in the EDMS.
o Encourage employees to work efficiently with the EDMS (Aconex/TeamBinder) to ensure compliance and maximize its
potential.
o Assist in preparing reports as required by the Quality Manager/Construction Manager.
o Monitor the status of construction lots and assist in providing visibility on lot closure.
o Help monitor Quality KPI’s for the project.
o Become familiar with the requirements of the Project Management Plans and Procedures and ensure their
implementation
Core Competencies
o Education: Certification in Construction Administration or equivalent.
o Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role
o Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
o Behavioral: Strong analytical and communication skills, time management, and adaptability. Ability to work both
independently and within teams, with a commercial mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
