An exciting opportunity exists for a psychologist to join our team in Psychology Services, Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH). Tasmania offers a unique culture and lifestyle, with a strong sense of community and belonging. Say goodbye to lengthy commutes, and enjoy breath-taking coastlines, National Parks, and incredible fresh produce crafted by locals, all within a stone’s throw of your workplace. Our relatively small size enables you to develop a strong understanding of your patients and to see the difference you make in their lives but is still large enough to offer opportunities for career progression, diversity in work, and development of areas of specialisation. The slower paced lifestyle allows you to practice mindfully and to find meaning in your work.
As the largest hospital and major triage centre for the state, the RHH sees a wide range of clinical populations, which brings diversity to the role and enables you to rapidly broaden your clinical knowledge and experience.
