Job description:
Provide support to the Principal Registrar in managing and leading a team in the coordination and achievement of activities to support registry processes that includes case management and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the registry team to support the achievement of activities for the Tribunal.
- Undertake case management and Alternative Dispute Resolution activities as directed by the Principal Registrar.
- Continually monitor and review processes and systems within the Registry and develop policies and procedures in support of implementation.
- Coordinating auditing and quality assurance process of data recording, IT systems and reporting systems.
- Provide support to the Principal Registrar in managing projects relevant to Output initiatives.
- Undertake any additional duties within the expected range of work of the position.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in a legal environment or tribunal setting.
