Position Function:
Support the statewide MS Alcohol Safety Education Program by maintaining accurate participant records, ensuring data integrity, and assisting with reporting and compliance requirements. This position plays a critical role in helping MASEP meet state operational standards, court reporting needs, and program evaluation goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Enter data from court orders received into database, maintain data security. Verify and process fee payments and record in database. Submit required reports to courts and judges statewide. Assist class instructors as needed statewide. Answer phones and respond to emails. Organize and file essential program documents.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of clerical experience, including data entry duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
Four years of clerical and data entry experience; two years of post-secondary education.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Computer and related technology skills; proficiency in Excel and database management; accuracy and attention to detail; ability to meet hard deadlines.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. No or very limited exposure to physical risk. No or very limited physical effort required. Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
