You will lead a team to deliver frontline workplace services, ensuring the efficient, safe, and secure operation of multiple office locations. You will oversee service delivery, reporting, and compliance, while identifying and leading projects to improve efficiencies and capabilities. Your role includes managing supplier relationships, stakeholder engagement, and supporting a high standard of workplace experience for staff and visitors alike.
Bringing your experience in managing workplace services within modern, complex environments, you will demonstrate the ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships and enhance operational processes. You will provide strategic leadership to ensure seamless workplace operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives to support an agile and high-performing work environment.
