The role

As a Digital Experience Officer, you'll help bring our digital channels to life. From improving websites and intranet content to supporting digital projects and change initiatives, your work will make information easier to find, understand and use.

You'll partner with people across the department to develop engaging content, support digital improvements, build capability through training and communications, and help create seamless user experiences. Every day will bring opportunities to solve problems, collaborate with stakeholders and contribute ideas that make a real difference for our customers and communities.

What you will bring to the role  

• A genuine passion for creating better experiences for customers and users
• Confidence using digital tools, systems and platforms to deliver practical outcomes and improve experiences for customers, in particular Drupal and Jira.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging content
• Confidence building relationships and working with people from a range of backgrounds and levels of digital capability
• A collaborative approach and willingness to share ideas and learn from others
• The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset focused on continuous improvement
• Adaptability and resilience when working in fast-paced or changing environments
• Confidence using digital tools, systems and platforms to deliver practical outcomes and improve experiences for customers.

What is an essential requirement:

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, and/or equivalent experience.
