Join our influential Corporate Security team as a Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Lead. This role plays a key part in strengthening Scentre Group’s cybersecurity culture by managing and delivering training initiatives that promote good cybersecurity behaviours across the organisation. You will work closely with the Head of Intelligence, using insights to align training materials with current and emerging cyber threats. Your work will directly contribute to building a more cyber-aware workforce, ensuring our employees have the skills to protect our business and customers.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering engaging cybersecurity training programs for employees at all levels.
- Developing learning materials and curricula tailored to the evolving cyber threat landscape.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to integrate cyber awareness into business processes.
- Using intelligence insights to shape training content and drive behaviour change.
- Facilitating workshops, webinars, and awareness campaigns across the organisation.
This role is a full time, 12-month contract, with flexibility and some travel across ANZ.
What sets you apart
We are seeking a passionate communicator and educator with a strong ability to engage others in learning. You have experience delivering training in technical domains and can translate complex cybersecurity concepts into practical, accessible knowledge. You have prior cybersecurity experience and are especially passionate about the human side of cybersecurity.
