Lehigh University, a premier research institution renowned for its academic excellence and vibrant campus life, invites applications for the position of Coordinator S77560 in the College of Engineering & Applied Science department.

As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Undergraduate Programs and the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE). Your responsibilities will encompass faculty support, student advising, administrative duties, ABET coordination, OneCard reconciliation/approval, and overall coordination efforts for the department.

Key Accountabilities:
• Provide seamless coordination for various departmental activities and initiatives
• Offer exceptional guidance and advising services to undergraduate students
• Collaborate with faculty members to support their academic and administrative needs
• Ensure compliance with ABET accreditation standards and requirements
• Maintain accurate records and reconcile OneCard transactions

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications preferred
• Knowledge of the Banner System, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; two - three years of experience appropriate
• Three to five years of work experience

This position is a Grade: 8 - 37.5, offering an approximate salary of $43,290-$51,960 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications. The duties of the position do not allow for a remote work option; the employee in this position will be required to work on campus where they can be fully accessible to the Lehigh community.
