As a Administrative Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of tomorrow. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the AVPs' complex calendaring needs and schedule meetings with limited or no consultation, resolving calendar conflicts.
• Serve as a point of contact for the AVPs and principal gift program, managing inquiries and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the planning, execution, and tracking of projects and initiatives under the AVPs’ discretion.
• Maintain records, documents, and data related to the AVPs’ projects.
• Assist in planning and executing meetings and events, such as team meetings, workshops, and donor engagements.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Associates Degree preferred
• Five to eight years of related work experience
• Experience managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and organizing meetings with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, track progress, manage budgets, and maintain organized records.

This position is a Grade: 8 - 37.5, offering an approximate salary of $43,290-$51,960. The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor.
