Key Responsibilities:
• Ensures the integrity of critical data assets, collaborates on governance committees, and develops data integration standards in alignment with University policies and regulations.
• Partners with various stakeholders to define data requirements, enforces security measures, and stays updated on industry trends to maintain data quality and compliance.
• Designs and implements solutions to modernize processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency by consulting with campus clients and streamlining workflows.
• Manages multiple projects, coordinates with delivery teams, and develops data architecture strategies to align with key requirements and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborates with cloud engineers and reporting teams to design, maintain, and secure database structures, ensuring alignment with University requirements and data integrity.
• Develops data models, establishes quality metrics, and provides knowledge transfer to staff while ensuring system stability, security, and compliance with standards.
• Actively contributes to the LTS organization and broader communities by collaborating on problem-solving, sharing knowledge, and serving on committees.
• Provides education and training through workshops, presentations, and written materials, while participating in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and optimal performance
• Creative thinking and ability to seek innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems
This position is a Grade: 11 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $81,450-$99,080. The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor.
