Lehigh University Autism Services (LUAS) is seeking an exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the College of Education. As a BCBA (Position Number S97060) at LUAS, your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning, developing, and monitoring comprehensive behavioral support services tailored to the unique needs of each client
• Collaborating closely with caregivers, teachers, and other service providers to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to treatment
• Managing and providing training and direct supervision to our dedicated team of registered behavior technicians (RBTs)
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and ethical guidelines

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• Master's Degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst, PA Behavior Specialist
• One to three years of related work experience as BCBA
• Three to five years working with children with autism
• A strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with ASD

This position is a Grade: 9 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $54,390-$66,190. The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor.
