Lehigh University is seeking an exceptional individual for the role of Assistant Director (Position Number S83220) in the Auxiliary Services department. This 12-month, professional position is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the student experience and housing operations at a world-class institution.
As the Assistant Director of Housing Services, you will play a pivotal role with the following responsibilities:
• Overseeing facilities management to ensure high-quality living environments for on-campus students
• Coordinating all aspects of life safety in graduate and undergraduate residential areas
• Managing administrative and operational functions within University housing
• Assisting in managing student billing for housing and dining charges
• Serving as a liaison to various offices and campus partners
• Participating in Housing Services projects and campus-wide initiatives
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Master's Degree in Student Affairs, Student Personnel Administration, Higher Education or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• One to three years of related work experience
• Proven experience in housing operations or student affairs
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

This position is a Grade: 8 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $46,180-$55,420. The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor. This position works with minors.
