Lehigh University, a prestigious institution renowned for its academic excellence and vibrant community, seeks an exceptional individual for the role of Executive Secretary in the Development and Alumni Relations department.

As the Executive Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President of Development and Alumni Relations. Position Number: S77600

This position is a Grade: 8 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $43,290-$51,960 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide variety of projects in support of both the VP and Executive Director of VP Operations. Projects could range from relatively short follow up initiatives stemming from meetings to multi-layered and relatively long live projects involving operational planning and execution.
• Prepare letters, a portion or all of which may be composed by the Executive Secretary.
• Maintain the Vice President's calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling and prioritizing as needed.
• Assist in communication and scheduling of three annual meetings of the committee.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Associates Degree preferred
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
