Associate Director Bethlehem
Responsible for providing key support to inform fundraising prospect strategy for Development and Alumni Relations (DAR). This includes ensuring gift officers have the right fundraising prospects in their portfolio, and auditing the solicitation pipeline for accuracy and adherence to policy. The individual will have oversight of the PM team, assist in the creation and maintenance of PM policies, develop reports and dashboards in Excel and Tableau, and manage projects at all priority levels.

Responsible for providing training for students, staff and visiting researchers on scanning electron microscopes (SEMs), electron microprobe, x-ray microanalysis through both X-ray energy dispersive spectrometry (XEDS) and Wavelength dispersive spectrometry (WDS), electron backscattering diffraction (EBSD) analysis and sample preparation instruments. The SEM Manager supports research efforts through advice on applications of electron microscopy, x-ray microanalysis and EBSD techniques.
Laboratory Manager, Health Science Technology Building Bethlehem
Responsible for the operation of the teaching labs and core research facilities of the Health/Science/Technology (HST) building, including billing, budget tracking, safety and instruction, training, maintenance records, equipment operations, standards and policies. The Laboratory manager is individually responsible for all of the day-to-day operations of the core research facilities, teaching labs and equipment.

Responsible for providing a supportive environment for proposal review and submission; providing oversight, management and appropriate stewardship of sponsored funding; maintaining a broad interface with sponsors and the research and educational communities, interpreting, implementing and monitoring government and sponsor mandates as they effect the management of grants and contracts, using individual judgment and independent action and requires continuous education in the field of research administration.
