Business Manager, Rossin College Bethlehem
Provide financial oversight and administration to eight departments and faculty within the Rossin College. Monitor departmental accounts to manage spending, allocations, and use of departmental funds. Financial support for payroll, faculty One-Card, fund transfers, budget assignments, and departmental expenditures. Provide financial forecasting and reporting support for research accounts and grants. Prepare research proposal budgets. Management of the allocation of research funds for personnel support, materials and supplies, and equipment. Financial support for faculty research accounts, internal and external research grant funds, and all research related funding.
Program Manager, Iacocca Institute Bethlehem
Reporting to the Administrative Manager, the Iacocca Institute Program Manager provides comprehensive administrative support to a portfolio of programs and initiatives. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring behavioral support services to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The BCBA consults and collaborates with clients’ caregivers, teachers, and other service providers. The BCBA manages clients’ treatment teams and provides training and direct supervision to registered behavior technicians (RBTs). The BCBA is accountable to LUAS Director and Clinical Director.
