Student Assistant, American Studies Fullerton
American and Religious studies department are seeking a student assistant to work in the front office. Duties might include answer phones, respond to emails, and welcome people who interface with the office, typing, filing, making photocopies, scanning, sorting mail, inter-campus deliveries, and assist with special events on campus, as needed. The student assistant will assist with creating marketing materials for college programs and projects on Instagram, X, and other social media platform, maintain the department calendar of events, attend and photograph events, and assist with college event planning and provide office coverage. Additionally, they will assist with creating graphics, promotional and communication materials for email, social, web and digital signage using Canva. Assist with development of publications such as newsletters, brochures, posters, flyers, and presentations.

The purpose of this report is to disclose statistics for fires that occurred within California State University, Fullerton housing facilities for the last three (3) calendar years, and to distribute fire safety policies and procedures intended to promote safety on campus.
