While the study has both a qualitative and quantitative component, this position is for work on the qualitative one. The person hired for this position will have a mix of research-related responsibilities. Under the supervision of the study’s Principal Investigator, the Sr Qualitative Data Researcher’s primary responsibilities will include developing data analysis strategies for planned publications; carrying out analyses of the qualitative study data and interpreting the results; and assisting in preparation of research publications.

The El-Shamayleh lab at Columbia University’s Zuckerman Institute studies how the brain analyzes visual information. We seek a full-time employee to assist with animal behavioral training and other daily duties. The employee will participate in various aspects of daily experiments under close supervision from the PI and more senior lab members.
