About the role
Operate, secure and optimise operational technology supporting critical infrastructure. Administer OT systems, networks and applications, resolve incidents, strengthen reliability, and collaborate with operations and cyber teams to keep essential services safe and resilient.
Salary range $117,986 – $136,778 plus super

Key responsibilities
• Operate, monitor and maintain operational technology (OT) systems supporting critical infrastructure.
• Administer OT networks, servers, applications and field systems to ensure availability and performance.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve OT incidents and system issues.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and cyber teams to support safe plant operations.
• Document systems, procedures and changes to support consistent operations.

Skills & experience
• Relevant qualification in IT, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience supporting operational technology (OT) or industrial control system environments.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve system and network issues.
• Ability to work effectively in operational or safety‑critical environments.
• Clear documentation skills and a practical, problem‑solving mindset.
