Make an impact in Deakin’s Infrastructure & Digital division following an exciting period of change within the University.
The Lead, UX Design will leverage user-centred design expertise to enhance strategic projects and oversee design and user experience strategies for existing products, while guiding new technologies to support experience design. Using best practices, the Lead will deliver visually appealing designs through user research, artifacts, workshops, and lead initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring UX Designers. Focused on improving customer experience, the role integrates physical and digital infrastructure, projects, and services to create seamless solutions aligned with the division's and university's strategic goals, balancing innovation with long-term objectives.
