As a Teaching Fellow you will:
- Deliver innovative and effective teaching practices to enhance student learning, success, and engagement.
- Apply industry insights and research to enrich student experiences and learning resources.
- Collaborate with teaching teams to develop and refine curricula, assessments, and professional education experiences.
- Design inclusive, learner-focused content and integrate contemporary pedagogical research.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback and academic support to foster student development.
- Contribute to teaching scholarship and research in educational or discipline-based pedagogy.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- PhD (completed, near completion, or enrolled) in a relevant field or equivalent accreditation.
- Passion for teaching with the ability to enhance student success and engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ability to provide timely, constructive feedback and academic support to students.
