We are seeking a patient focused Registered Nurse to join our team at Greenslopes Private Hospital. 
This is a permanent part-time role (minimum 64 hours per fortnight)

 

About the Role

Our 32-bed private bed unit cares for patients across a variety of surgical specialities.  As the Registered Nurse you will be providing high quality pre and post-surgery speciality care to patients who require services in the area of plastics, breast and endocrine surgery, ear nose and throat surgery and maxillofacial surgery. This will involve assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of those patients day-to-day.

The unit is supported by a professional multi-disciplinary team and holds a strong focus on the development of graduate and student nurses. The team prides itself on exceeding Ramsay’s high standard of care with a professional and positive attitude by creating a friendly, caring and comfortable environment for its patients.

In this role you will report to the Nurse Unit Manager.

 

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in an acute hospital setting as a Nurse with a focus on pre and post-surgery care. Experience within plastics, endocrine or ear nose and throat surgery will be highly regarded.

You will hold a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will also bring;

  • Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in an acute hospital environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team

**Flexibility to be available for a rotating 24/7 roster with morning, afternoon, evening and night shifts will also be key for this role**

 

Remuneration

On offer is PRO RATA Full-Time Equivalent, base annual salary ranging from;

$70,697 - $90,715 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
