Permanent Full-time, Part-time or Casual Positions

About the Role

You will be joining a highly skilled and progressive team supporting Ramsay Health Care employees and external customers through timely customer service. This position will provide human resources support to employees, leaders and applicants with questions regarding HR policies, practices, programs and processes.

You will be an integral part of the team and the planning and monitoring of daily workflow for the National People Operations team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 support to the HR Services team, responding to enquiries from employees, leaders and applicants via phone, email or case management tools in a quality and timely manner
  • Track, monitor and resolve inquiries/requests regarding HR policies, procedures, programs and systems.
  • Escalate inquiries/requests of a more complex nature to subject matter experts within the HR team
  • Works as a liaison between the HR Services Team and other teams within Human Resources on trainings, escalated situations and process improvements/updates
  • Stay up to date on all relevant polices, practices, operating procedures and training materials in order to provide accurate and timely advice and resolutions to inquiries 

 

Essential Skills and Experience

  • A positive and engaging style where you put people first in everything you do
  • Previous experience working as a HR Administration/Systems Assistant or similar role with exposure to operational responsibilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills in order to prioritise task appropriately and meet key deadlines
  • An outcome focused attitude and a consistent commitment to ongoing process improvement
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security principles
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

 

Desirable:

  • Relevant HR or equivalent tertiary qualifications
  • Previous exposure to HR systems and tools, particularly Workday, PageUp and Chris21

 

You will need:

  • As this is a hybrid role, you will have a home office space that meets Ramsay’s health and safety standards, and suitable office equipment.
