About the Role

As a Education Manager, you will be provided the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to Warringal Private Hospital's quality improvement processes, through involvement in departmental orientations, facilitating clinical competence programs and regular in-services.

The successful applicant will be required to develop, implement and evaluate clinical education programs, facilitate clinical competence programs and regular in-services whilst delivering strong strategic direction and leadership in line with our Ramsay core values.

This opportunity will see you reporting to our Director of Clinical Services.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised health professional with the following skills and experience:

• Registration with AHPRA
• A minimum of 4 years post registration experience 
• Previous experience in an Educator or Facilitator role 
• Hold or be working toward your certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Completion of a preceptorship program
• Exceptional time management skills
• Sound computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suit.

Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $64.01 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements

• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
