About the role
Ramsay Health Care is seeking an initiative-taking and detail-oriented Learning Systems Administrator to join our Learning and Organisational Development Department on a Permanent Full-time basis. The Learning Systems Administrator will be responsible for the management and administration of our learning management system (LMS) and other learning technologies. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient implementation and reporting of training and development programs across the organisation.
Skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of prior experience in LMS administration in a corporate environment.
- Strong technical skills with a good understanding of learning technologies.
- Be an advanced user of Excel and data reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
- Experience in Workday LMS, Janison CLS, LinkedIn Learning Systems (desirable)
